Fear not because you have a wide variety of baby shower centerpieces that you can use.
You can focus your centerpiece on plush toys, floral arrangements, rubber duckies, balloons, food arrangements and diaper cakes.
Any one of these centerpieces will centralize, bring focus and draw attention to your complete baby shower theme.
It’s really up to you and what you want to create. Here are some great ideas that you can use:
Baby shower table decor ideas for your table
Luckily, you can create all of these centerpieces with items you already have at home. If you need additional materials you probably can get them for cheap at your local dollar store or Home Depot.
The instructions here are clear, concise and easy to follow. Choose the best one for your shower.
Boxes and baskets
Choose a pretty basket or box and line it with a soft towel and fill it with baby items such as bottles, rattles, baby powder and items of that sort.
Or you can line your basket or box with tissue paper and fill it with candies and other delicious goodies of your choosing, like chocolate chip cookies, high-end lollipops and candy bars.
Once you’re done filling your centerpiece you should use some cellophane to cover it and top it off with a pretty bow of your choosing.
Rubber ducky idea
Truth be told, this is my favorite centerpiece because it’s beautiful to look at and it’s so easy to make.
Take a large fishbowl or even a baby bath (a large fishbowl is more dramatic, in my opinion) and put marbles at the bottom of it then all you’ve got to do is fill it with two thirds of water.
Finally, you put as many rubber duckies as you want (little ones and/or big ones) in the bowl or baby bath. All done!
Stuffed animals
This is a great choice if the mom to be is expecting twins.
Take two average sized animal plush toys of the same species, like two elephants, two rabbits or two giraffes and tie one helium balloon on each animal.
So you’re going to need two helium balloons (any color is fine) and two of the same stuffed animal toys.
Try to match up the balloons and plush animals with the gender of your baby.
For example, if it’s a boy then two blue balloons and two elephants would be great or if it’s a girl then two pink balloons and two rabbits would work nicely.
Diaper cake table decor
In my opinion, this is the most expensive centerpiece that you can create because you need a lot of diapers and other materials. It is also the most complex out of the ones I’ve presented here.
Essentially, you are creating a multi-tiered platform that you can adjust and shape for any kind of theme you can imagine.
I have seen diaper cakes for Winnie the Pooh baby shower themes, monkey baby shower themes, Mario brother themes and many more.
Because of the nature and the flexibility of this baby shower centerpiece I’ve opted to give you the best video I could find on creating diaper cakes. Enjoy!
Tips and advice
The ideas I presented to you today are my favorites but there are many more that you can choose from than the ones here.
You can use flower arrangements (I recommend you buy those) or you can opt for food arrangements. It’s all up to you and what you think is best. Make sure your centerpiece is placed in the center of the table. Make sure the table you use is prominent and the focus of your venue.
Good luck and I hope you’ve learned a lot from these decor ideas. Please fill free to share your opinions and thoughts in the comments section below.
